Weekly rates

January - April: 450 Euros

May:  600 Euros

June: 800 Euros

July - August: 1,000 Euros

September: 800 Euros

October: 600 Euros

November - December: 450 Euros

Prices are per week for Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm and departing 10 am on the final day.
 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking is required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
 

It is suggested you insure against cancellation.
 

Summer prices include bed linen, bath towels, and all utilities (gas, water, electricity) and taxes plus end cleaning. Winter season costs are subject to surcharges for electricity / oil / wood (these are normally negligible)
